As a junior Scott represented Lancashire through the age groups and went onto play professionally for over 20 years at various clubs across Yorkshire and Lancashire. These experiences gave him a life long love for the game and a desire to give something back. Scott is now a full time cricket coach with experience working in schools, at local clubs and in various community settings.
“The chance to work day to day on projects with The Cricket Asylum Foundation is something I am extremely passionate about, so many of us benefit from the game but to give something back is a privilege.” Scott Kershaw
Scott has a passion for transferring the benefits of Cricket to young people. Enthusiasm, cricket experience and network of contacts and acquaintances are the main qualities that Scott brings to The Cricket Asylum Foundation.
